After 15 years as a recruiter and career coach, my client developed a fail-proof method for tracking professional achievements. However, this method relied on using Excel, a tool that many young professionals lack proficiency in. As a result, the client sought to transform the complex spreadsheet into an intuitive mobile app. My role was to understand the client's vision, the complexities of the existing tool, and the motivations of young professionals to craft the BragBook.
